Gen 2 Projects specialises in prestige residential apartments and homes across Sydney. The business carries forward a partnership that spent more than two decades building boutique developments as DBK Property Group, and a family building heritage in the Eastern Suburbs going back fifty years.

That history spans meticulously designed residential projects in the Eastern Suburbs, on the Lower North Shore and through the Inner West — boutique locations close to the city, the harbour and the ocean. The approach has not changed: total dedication to detail and quality, a hands-on presence on every site, and an insistence on the highest standards of workmanship and materials.

Guided by a philosophy of striving for excellence, Sam has a robust grounding in construction and development. Enhanced by a fifty year family heritage in building high-end residential homes throughout Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, his entrepreneurial drive is integral to the continuing success of the company.

With more than twenty-five years in the construction industry, Sam maintains a hands-on role overseeing the day to day building process on each project.

Adrian Di Blasio

Director

Starting from the ground up in an on-site role, Adrian has an eye to continually improving and enhancing the delivery of projects. With twenty-five years of construction and real estate experience, he is at the forefront of implementing new products and techniques.

Adrian is closely involved in all aspects of the company’s operations, from the procurement of construction projects to the delivery of contracting services and the design and marketing of each project.
